Repair procedure

Completely fill out repair form below.

RMA # will be provided within 1-2 business days via email (please check junk/spam folder).

Ship only the devices and OBD cable.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the repair. If it is deemed necessary to send your unit to UK, you will be notified.

Warranty Repairs
(Device that has been registered for less than 2 years):

  1. Please note if you require a loaner. If so, AD Customer Service will call for a credit card to be used as a deposit in the event the loaner is not returned as requested or returned damaged or missing cables, etc.

  2. You will receive an RMA and a Return Label.

  3. Place a copy of the RMA inside the return box.

  4. Completed repairs are shipped FEDEX overnight .

Non-Warranty Repairs

  1. Please note if the loaner is not returned as requested or is returned damaged or missing cables, etc, an additional fee will be administered.

  2. You will receive an RMA – please ship using UPS or FEDEX to:

  3. One evaluated, you will be emailed a quote to complete the repair. Payment is due prior to completion of the repair.

  4. Completed repairs are shipped FEDEX Ground – overnight shipping is available for an additional fee of $150.
