Repair procedure

Warranty Repairs

(Device that has been registered for less than 2 years or has a current Annual UTP)

1. Please note if you require a loaner. A credit card is required to reserve any loaner unit prior to shipping.

2. You will receive an RMA and a Return Label.

3. Place a copy of the RMA inside the return box.

4. Please allow 5–7 business days for the repair. If it is deemed necessary to send your unit to the UK, you will be notified.

5. Completed repairs are shipped FEDEX Overnight.

6. Once the repaired device is returned, a Loaner Return Label will be emailed to the customer.

7. Loaner units must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving the repaired device and return label. Missing or damaged components, including carry cases, cables, power supplies, adaptors, etc., will result in additional charges.

8. Any Smart Pro device, regardless of age, may qualify for warranty coverage if an active Annual UTP is associated with the device.

Non-Warranty Repairs

1. Please note if you require a loaner. A credit card is required to reserve any loaner unit prior to shipping.

2. A $300 loaner fee will be charged for up to 3 weeks of use, including shipping. After 3 weeks, an additional $100 per week will be charged regardless of repair status.

3. Repairs requiring shipment to the UK may take up to 10 weeks.

4. Once the repaired device is returned, a Loaner Return Label will be emailed to the customer.

5. If the loaner is not returned within 2 weeks of receiving the repaired device and return label, an additional $300 fee will be charged. If the loaner is not returned within 4 weeks, the full replacement value of $2,610 will be charged.

6. Missing or damaged components, including carry cases, cables, power supplies, adaptors, etc., will result in additional charges.

7. You will receive an RMA — please ship using UPS or FEDEX to:

1. Once evaluated, you will be emailed a quote to complete the repair. Payment is due prior to completion of the repair.

2. Completed repairs are shipped FEDEX Ground. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee of $150.
