COVID-19 Update

Even though COVID-19 continues to impact globally, we are starting to see demand increase from our customers nationwide. Our primary concern still remains the health and safety of our employees. Currently, we require temperature check-ins, social distancing, personal protective equipment, and have restricted access to our facility.

We acknowledge that due to COVID-19 mitigation and supply-side delays, we have not maintained our exceptional service and shipping levels. We are asking for your understanding in the near term as we rebuild our efficiencies to serve you. When you need support, we are still here.  We are currently focusing on clearing back-orders and increasing support staff availability in our Customer Service and Tech Support departments for this very reason.
